Mark Court, Coachline Painter Rolls-Royce Motor Cars

Here is Mark Court, Coachline Painter Rolls-Royce Motor Cars's 15 minutes.

What I find interesting is some of the unique coachlines he has done.

I wonder what this gent sells for a living.

And the matching stable mate.

This should be an option!

Slightly cryptic, but I'm sure someone will recognise it. I don't.

This one is a bit trendy!

I've got dual coachlines on my Bentley.

An Unbroken Line - Bentley Lineage Design Exhibition 2011

The lucky Rodd Sala was at Crewe last month.

Read and check out photos of his trip here.

Here is the exhibition that is currently showing at Crewe.

I will go one day.

Bentley Continental GTZ by Zagato Spotted

Talk about a rare Bentley to spot!

That's right is it modern coachbuilding at its finist.

A Bentley Continental GTZ by Zagato.

A spotter at Autogespot called Dufornee & MageTwan managed to stubble upon this very special car.

Take a look closely. It is a right hand drive version. The only one right hand drive version made.

UK registered 123MG with Mulliner wheels.

It is just so amazing to spot this car on the street. It was spotted out the back of Jack Barclay's I think here.

So do you really want one? Check ebay or course! One is for sale for US $1,450,000.00 in San Fran here.

But for that money, probably call up Zagato directly and get one tailored to your likings.

Here is the entrance to the Zagato factory.

Call Zagato on +39 02 9346621 or email at info@zagato.it You know you want to.

Wrap Society Thailand Production Matte White Bentley Continental GTC

Wrapping your Bentley in plastic film generally made by 3M is quite a quick way to change the colour of your Bentley.

It is surprisingly not as cheap as it looks. In Australia anyway. About AU/US$5000-$7500, mainly on labour.

Here is how they do it in Thailand. With a happy ending. Probably quite a bit cheaper as well.

Nice one, Sawatdee krab.

Autocar review of the Bentley Mulsanne

Here is Autocar's go at the Bentley Mulsanne

I wonder when the next varients are due. The Bentley Mulsanne L is probably next on the cards.

Parts for Sale

See what happens when you leave your Silver Shadow unattended in a bad area...?
They took more than just the wheels.

Just kidding.
It's actually Flying Spares' 'Donor Yard'.

"Sacrificed so that others will live on."

I know I wrote about them just recently but these are fresh shots -worth sharing.

Lots of interesting stuff there.

"Have a look at some of the cars that have helped to keep your cars on the road."

Inside is a well organised parts warehouse with a lot of stock -new, used and reconditioned.

But some sights are not for the squeamish.
"Beyond Economical Repair..."

That's almost artistic.

This one spent too much time parked on the north side of a tree:

They very likely have just that part you've been looking for...

Our favourite parts source.

Thanks Rodd for the photos taken in January.

Los Angeles to Paris

Just say you had a Bentley Azure, Arnarge and a Continental R, and also a Rolls-Royce Phantom and a Drop Head and quite a number of other cars made in France, Germany, UK and Italy and were going to Paris.

What to do with your car collection?

Well fly them from Los Angeles to Paris of course.

These cars are all owned by the one person and were going all on the same plane.

$20000000.00 insurance please.
