CW1 House

Bentley has officially opened 'CW1 House'.
A purpose built flagship showroom concept at the home of Bentley in Crewe.

In the near future, the striking new design of CW1 House will be rolled out across Bentley's global dealer network, with the brand opening major flagship showrooms in major cities around the world including Dubai, Beijing, Los Angeles and London.

Wolfgang Durheimer, Chairman and CEO, Bentley Motors commented:
"Bentley gives customers around the world a bold, clear and contemporary interpretation of our vision and brand values, bringing our design language, craftsmanship and attention to detail into even sharper focus."

Kevin Rose Member of the Board for Sales, Marketing and Aftersales, added, "One of our great strengths is the luxurious degree of choice we offer our customers, so that every Bentley is tailored and individual. Our new showrooms, in particular the Mulliner Suite bring these choices to life, enabling customers to see and feel the breadth of what we can do - immersing them in the world of Bentley and fuelling their creativity. It offers a visualisation of the most exclusive customer experience."

CW1 House gets its distinctive name from the postal code of the Bentley Factory. The new design takes inspiration from the company's 95 year history, while drawing on influences from the best in contemporary luxury.

The luxurious materials which adorn every Bentley have been integrated into CW1's design. The showroom carpets are made from the same rich lamb's wool used in Bentley's  interiors, the furniture is trimmed in Bentley leather and Mulliner areas are enveloped by contemporary solid oak panels.

CW1 House contains the full model range with a dedicated personalisation area, bespoke Mulliner room and boutique, giving you a clear window into the world of the Bentley brand. All visitors are welcome to CW1 House during the hours of Monday-Thursday 9:00-17:00, Friday 9:00-12:00.

A Bentley Phantom...?

Vantage Motorworks has a very interesting car for sale.
It sure looks like a Phantom...

James Young styling cues.

But look at the grille.

A James Young bodied 1964 LWB Bentley S3 looking very like a Rolls-Royce Phantom of that period...

They nickname it as the 'Baby Phantom'.

VERY interesting, indeed.

1964 BENTLEY S-3 LONG WHEELBASE JAMES YOUNG B3.100 SEDAN "BABY PHANTOM" #BAL26 87,443 MILES

The subject of a high quality restoration carried out by a highly respected facility to the order of its meticulous most recent owner, it is the first of only 6 right hand drive examples, two of which were delivered as non-division saloon versions. This excellent performer will be a fine addition to any connoisseur's stable.
Finished in the traditional livery of Brewster Green with Tan Connolly hides complemented by especially interesting highly polished interior veneers, it is currently being reviewed and prepared in our workshops so as to provide its next owner countless miles of enjoyment. The installation of efficient correctly ducted air conditioning is scheduled as part of those services.
Correct handbook complete tools in fine condition and copies of the factory records accompany the vehicle.

Another one to add to my 'imaginary dream garage'....

Black T

Oh, I'm sure it is...

But this is a black 'T'  Rodd Sala has up for grabs.

Nice, nice, nice...

"More T vicar?"

Remember, 'Good for the Heart'.

" Done, to a T..." as they say.

Idiom: To a T

'If something is done to a T, it is done perfectly.'
