Just dragging the Bentley

So if you happen to park in a tow away zone and you forget, hopefully to tow truck driver has a little more care than this one.

Not good son.

A Look At the 2012 Bentley Mulsanne

The Wall Street Journal takes a look at the 2012 Bentley Mulsanne.

Wrapped Bentley GT Supersports with Wing

I do really like it when people take things too far.

Have a look at this one.

The car is described as wrapped in Satin Pearlescent White, with custom graphics.

It goes on that it "gives the British luxury car a fresh, new look sure to set your car apart from the rest".

It's from North Hollywood, California.

What I am amazed about it the after market rear wing.

I so did not expect to see that!

You can watch the full transformation here.

It's too much but I like it. Kind of like yellow wheels.

Massachusetts Combo

Check out this combo. Just great.

Sent in by David, who took the photos out the front of JE Robison Service Company of Massachusetts, USA.

These two cars are definitely in my dream garage.

I don't think I have held back of my fondness of the Bentley Turbo RT Mulliner.

I totally want those bumper bars on my Turbo R.

Thanks David for sending in these photos. If others want to share, please do.

Beyond Economical Repair, Part 1

Beyond Economical Repair: a phrase used by Flying Spares for old, unloved Rolls-Royce & Bentleys being parted out for spares.

I've not got a clue what it translates to in Japanese, but here are some photos from a scrap yard in Japan where the cars very definitely fit the description:

Looks like they've got a few Ferraris there too...

Such a shame.

Nip & Tuck

This Rolls-Royce Silver Spur (VIN# CCX4058) has undergone some cosmetic surgery...

It's been fitted with twin round headlights, Bentley Turbo R style:

It's not the first Rolls-Royce I've seen with this kind of headlight conversion...

So what grabbed my attention are the changes to the rear:

I've not seen any other car like it before...

Nice car too.

Thanks Rodd.

RROCA Victorian Branch Concours d'Elegance

Brad sent in these great photos of the Rolls-Royce Owners Club Victorian Branch Annual Concours d'Elegance held in early September at Wesley College, Melbourne.

Here is a great overview.

Quite literally.

A fully overview.

There you go - 4 photos, seen all 85 cars.

Well not quite in detail.

Here are some detailed photos.

Thanks so much Brad for sending in the photos, much appreciated.
