The aircraft industry has always been heavily subsidised - directly or indirectly - by governments in its initial development phase, as the continuing disputes between Boeing and Airbus attest."

She loved the P5 Rovers and had a number of them stashed away until they all wore out.
But I simply cannot find any photos of her with a Crewe car...

Dennis Thatcher was a Rolls-Royce (Silver Spirit) owner.
It is rumored to have been too conspicuous for the Prime Minister's security and he was therefore encouraged to sell it.
