Double Dipped

Well, they'd done it for years on their other cars:

But until now the Rolls-Royce Ghost was actually not available with two tone paintwork.

Only with the brushed aluminium bonnet shown here :

For the first time in the life of the Rolls-Royce Ghost, the company is offering a two-tone color scheme as a "bespoke" factory option. The company's stand at the Geneva Motor Show was used to display the first two examples. One with Infinity Black topped by Cassiopeia Silver shown here with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd.'s CEO  Torsten Mueller-Oetvoes:

On this car the silver colour carrying all the way to back looks fantastic.

And another in Baynunah Brown capped by Arizona Sun, with a gold-plated hood ornament and a gold double coach-line.
Not my choice of colours but it is striking.

It works well and I look forward to many different combinations no matter how tasteful or bizarre they may be.

Just like the good old days....
