Only five Phantom V State Landaulettes were ever completed, perhaps unsurprising given that the list price of GBP 16,225 was significantly more than double the GBP 7,875 cost of a "standard" H J Mulliner Park Ward limousine.

All five examples were exported, and of these, the fourth car, ordered by the Romanian Government, was even more costly, reflecting a specification that included a refrigerated wine cooler.
