Blue MPW

Back in 1981 in London I saw and photographed a rare 1964 MPW 'Chinese Eye' S3 Benltey.

Parked just by the Admiralty Gates at the end of The Mall beside Trafalgar Square.

Well, today at the RROC National an S3 RHD in dark blue turns up.....

RHD, blue, a GB sign on the back but this one has a Webasto roof.  

The 'GB' sign is a bit wonky so could have been refitted on the right  hand side after a repaint?

The Webasto roof...? Done after 1983...? I doubt it.

Too bad...

I really thought I was onto something, unless someone can prove me differently.
