The Yellow Rolls-Royce

Not THE yellow Rolls-Royce Phantom II Sedanca de Ville of movie fame…

But a 1991 Rolls-Royce Corniche III Convertible currently for sale in the classifieds:

It's finished in pastel yellow (does anyone know the factory name?) with a black hood….

And cream leather piped in brown…

With dark burr walnut veneer…

And it's covered just 16,000 miles from new…

With only 100 miles in the last three years…

Let us know if you buy it!

Very pretty car, finished in Chrome Yellow (RR Part Number 9510397). Notebook, compact and cigarette case fitted to the passenger door, too.

I don't like yellow, but I find this car strangely attractive.

I must agree with you, Benoit. I've never been overly fond of yellows, but there's something about this car that appeals to me. Not only the MPW fittings in the passenger door (I wonder what fittings are in the driver's door) but also the picnic tables, faced in skived hide to match the upholstery. Very attractive. I'd have to switch out the gold-plated mascot for the standard version, however ...
