Gerry Anderson's mid 1960s TV series Thunderbirds' character Lady Penelope had a bizzare Rolls-Royce of the future (looking more like the Panther Six).

The number plate was FAB1 - FAB standing for "Full Acknowledgement of Braodcast." - a term often used by the characters.
Well Chris' new Phantom sports that plate.
