Yes, it is Rolls-Royce Hangzhou, just under the Qing Teng Tea House.

They sell like hot cakes in China, especially in white.

But more so in black in the extended wheels base variety. With a gold mascot please. And tint all round.

What's also interesting is the numbers game in China.
There are more people, more cars and more and more Rolls-Royces.
That unfortunately means more crashes.
