Going for a walk and what do I see?
It is the State car of Australia, the Governor-General of Australia's Rolls-Royce Phantom VI
I do very much like it.
The numberplate is, the car simply display's St Edward's Crown.
Quite a rare sight for a non-ceremonial occasion.

GG's Rolls is Gold (paint) !
I saw it parked in Chatswood, bearing plates "FED 01" ...
I think the gold RR for use more frequently and less important functions, and perhaps as a backup for the GG's black RR was sold... there was some consternation that its $500,000 price tag was extravant given that it was gold and not suited for formal occassions, and the Prime minister rides in a family ca anyway.
