Connolly Leather ads from 1979
Connolly Bros. (Curriers) Ltd., formally of 39-43 Chalton Street, Euston Road, London, NW11JE supplied quality leather to many car manufaturers.
These included not only Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and Bentley, but Jaguar, Aston Martin, MG-Rover and even Ferrari and Lexus. The Connolly Bros. supplied leather from 1878 until their demise in 2002.
They even supplied the leather for the famous Supermarine Spitfire warplanes.
These ads are from many in my old 'scrap' books full of period RR cuttings I put together as a teen.
As usual, double click to enlarge.
