Beyond Economical Repair: a phrase used by Flying Spares for old, unloved Rolls-Royce & Bentleys being parted out for spares.
I've not got a clue what it translates to in Japanese, but here are some photos from a scrap yard in Japan where the cars very definitely fit the description:
