This picture reminds me of my childhood, not because of the Bentley, but because of 2 other cars in it: my father used to own a Mercedes just like that (same colour and wheels) and my mother owned a Golf GTI mk2, like the one parked behind the Bentley (altough grey with different wheels).
Hi Davide, of course, you can use it for your purposes. Please qote bentleyspotting.com as owner of the copyright. I think, this is a good way to support this great blog! I only know very little about the car except for that it is what is is and that I took the pics in Kensington near Royasl Albert Hall during the later 1980s. This car has left its colour coat by know and is to be seen with a blank alloy today. Best Reagrds, Juergen
The car is Bentley R-Type Continental chassis BC6E.
ReplyDeleteThe location is London?
Davide
Davide,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your info. Yes, the photo is in London. I believe it was taken in the mid-80s.

ReplyDeleteAndy,
ReplyDeleteI'm collecting photos about Rolls-Royce and Bentley parked in London.
Any chance to contact Jurgen about these photos?
Best
Davide
Hi Davide,
ReplyDeleteWhat would you like to know? I can then check with Juergen. He may also see this post.
More London photos to come....
And have you seen David Irvine's gallery of London photos?
Andy
If possible to have the permission to use the photos for my book and also to know in which period had been taken
ReplyDeleteThanks
Davide
