Safety Fast

An excellent photo of Bentley Safety Cars by Kieth Mulcahy from the 2013 Macau Grand Prix.

The red car's roof lights aren't working so the black back up car backs up to it's new Safety Car driver.

He has a few more Bentley shots from the Far East.

Check 'em out:

Keith's Rolls-Royce shots are brilliant too :

EuRRythmics

Dave Stewart's old James Young Silver Cloud 'Sports Saloon' is up for sale.

He had every intention of restoring it a while ago but a move to the U.S. stopped that.
It was somewhat flamboyantly decorated - a bit like the Beatles' Phantom.

Apparently a car commissioned by Jack Barclay for the 1955 Earl's Court Motor Show.

Estimated to sell from 5,000 to 7,000 pounds sterling.

Think Green? Naw....

A green Camargue in Monaco last January spotted by  Raphaël Belly Photography

I just can't get enough of these cars.

I want one, but what colour is the best...?

Green is actually really nice:

But not everyone's favourite.

Beige? Hmmmm...

This one even has the chromed in lower window sides in green (matches it's interior in this case)  :
Very rare and the way the original 'Project Delta'cars were drawn.

A later car in beige without the chrome under the side windows:

Dark Blue? Maybe....

Without that chrome:

Light blue? Nawww..

Chestnut brown? Nice.

Sans that chrome again:

Easy on the gas there, Steve...

Black is cool too.
An no matter what some people think, from this angle the Camargue looks fantastic.

But...

Red.

Paprika- no ordinary red.

JET5 is still available.

That's the Camargue colour to have. It's hot.

Okay, so Green or Paprika? Something else, perhaps?
We need a vote.

Rolls-Royce & Bentley Day 2013

Today was the Rolls-Royce & Bentley Owners Club Japan's annual Rolls-Royce & Bentley Day at the historic Red Brick warehouses in Yokohama.

As usual, a great selection of cars turned out for the meet.

Here is a selection of photos:
